I wanted to share this story of one of my clients amazing 12 week health, fitness & weight loss transformation. He is still continuing on his plan but his results in only 12 weeks is truly incredible.
Joey came to me in February, 2018 and said he wanted to lose 30 pounds of fat, as well as increase his strength, coordination and stamina. At that point he wasn't exercising at all and hadn't for many years. In addition to not working out, he wasn't paying attention to what he was eating.
Like most of us, that usually results in lots of sugars, fried foods, processed foods, alcohol, carbs and eating large portions and also eating late at night. All of those things will 100% decrease your health and increase your body fat.
When this happens, things like depression and other mental, physical and emotional health issues are sure to follow. Joey made a commitment to himself to not continue down that road. In only 12 weeks, he dropped those 30 pounds of fat! AMAZING! He is now also doing really intense workouts with me that he was never able to do before. On his own, at home, he does 30 minute workouts. That combined with daily healthy nutrition, has produced truly fantastic results!
