In this video I explain in detail and walk you through the Basic Joint Mobility Routine I teach my students, clients and that I personally do to begin each and every workout. It is a vital part of the process and will do so much to help you grow as a healthy person, athlete and/or martial artist.
You can do this as often as you want/need and I recommend that you do. It's not the sexiest training but it is incredibly useful and powerful in increasing health, developing strength, repairing injury, and preventing injury.
