Delicious Every Day Green Smoothie Recipe

Add this delicious green ginger smoothie to your mornings! It's boring and tiring as hell to eat this many fruits and vegetables, so just blend it and be awesome!

1/2 cucumber
1 pear
1" of ginger
4 stalks of kale
2 stalks of celery
2 carrots
16oz of water (more if you like it more... watery-er)

My two and a half year old son and I enjoy this smoothie every morning. It's a great way to ensure we are both getting tons of nutrients and starting our days by making good, healthy choices.

Here's a video from February of this year, when he was just two and tried it for the first time. It was a chock at first but he fell in love with it right after and always asks me for it now.
