Classes

I offer classes for every level, and each class is kept small so everyone can get the individual attention they need. There is absolutely no experience needed to join a class or schedule a private session.

 
 

Health & Fitness

Mondays, Wednesdays
6pm – 7pm

These classes focus on strength & conditioning. Utilizing body weight exercises, kettlebells & clubs, speed & agility drills and high intensity interval training, we develop functional strength in a safe, knowledgeable and supportive environment. 

You don't need any experience to begin! We all start at different stages. You can have the health, body and abilities you dream of. All you have to do is start! 

Martial Arts

Saturdays
11am – 1pm

Our method is all about internalization, not memorization. So we don't spend time memorizing lengthy choreographed sequences. Instead we put our effort into developing our mechanics and attributes to achieve practical skills. Then we apply those mechanics & skills in "live" improvised drills and sparring. First, practicing very slowly and deliberately, then eventually training with full-speed, greater contact and higher intensity. Within these drills we eventually add various handicaps, multiple attackers, weapons and a variety of other scenarios. 

These classes are more involved than our open fitness classes and require a large commitment from every student, as well as from me. We are a tightly knit group and would love to meet like-minded people looking to better themselves and begin or continue their martial arts studies.

Some of us are looking for a one on one, more personal approach to our training or are looking for additional training outside of group classes. 

I am available for personal training on your schedule and at your location. Personal training allows for a completely tailored lesson, focusing on exactly what you need/want to work on, at a time and place that is most convenient for you. 

I will teach you Home Workouts that you can do on your own. Give you simple and effective Nutrition plans and Diet tips to help you get the body you want. If you are learning Boxing/Martial Arts with me, I will show you simple routines to practice to immediately give you the skills and attributes you need.
