  • 2 Eggs (140 cal) (70 each)

  • 1 tbs Almond Flour (40 cal)

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (6 cal)

  • 1 tbs Unsalted Grass-fed Butter (110 cal)

401 calories TOTAL!

Makes 2-4 pancakes or 2 waffles. More if you make them smaller. Feel free to multiply the recipe for more! *Substitute Coconut Oil or any other fruit/vegetable oil for the butter, for a vegetarian option.
