No matter where you are at with your life and fitness level, there is absolutely no shame or judgement in my classes.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS (Mondays 6pm) 45 min

This class focuses on practical, efficient exercises to strengthen, tone and vitalize your body and mind. 

This is not a "bootcamp" and instead will focus on proper form, function and purpose of each movement. This will not only give you great results but reduce risk of injury and give you a greater sense of your body.

*Please let me know if you have any injuries before class, so that I may assist you better. You may also let me know during the class. I will always offer less intense versions of every movement though.

Most classes will be full body workouts but some will focus on specific body parts or attributes. Regardless, each class will begin with breathing and joint mobility. Some workouts may incorporate medium to high intensity movements but you are only ever expected to go at your own pace and level. I will coach you through any and all barriers and help you leap over them, safely.

You do not need any equipment but if you have weights, bands, yoga mat, etc., please feel free to bring them, as I will be offering variations for every exercise. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water and a towel.

HIGH INTENSITY FIT (Wednesdays & Fridays 3:30pm) 30min

These classes focus on high intensity intervals using bodyweight and kettlebells or dumbbells. The workout is 30-40 minutes and does not include a warm up or cool down, so it is recommended members warm up on their own if needed.

ESSENTIAL SELF DEFENSE (Currently No Sign Up Available)

These Self Defense classes will focus on functional, practical methods, which I have personally used or my students and/or training partners have used. This means everything will be simple, effective and based in reality. If I were to break down my system/method it would be a mix of Western Boxing, Filipino Martial Arts, with a bit of Muay Thai and Grappling concepts. In addition to physical training, we will also be going over public and home safety measures/precautions.

As with all of my classes, I welcome all experience levels, backgrounds, etc.

Self Defense is an essential skill that will greatly improve the quality of your life. The physical benefits, as with working out, are obvious to see. The greater benefits exist in the sense of discipline and accomplishment you experience in this practice.

While your goal might not be to be the greatest martial artist in the world, the ability to throw a proper punch, have secure footing, remain calm under stress, assess a situation, read energy and take preventative measures to increase your safety are invaluable.
